All purchases made on or through the Service are final and non-refundable.
Images generated by the AI on the Service can be used for commercial purposes without any additional fees or royalties.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Stylefie, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You agree not to copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as expressly allowed by these Terms or with the prior written consent of Stylefie, Inc.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stylefie, Inc., its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stylefie, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide a notice on the Service when we make material changes to the Terms. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Service.
